How long does interlibrary loan take?
Answer
It generally takes 4-7 days for journal article requests and 1-2 weeks for books or AV materials to arrive after you initially submit the request. However, items can take longer or arrive sooner. You will be notified once the item has arrived via e-mail (please make sure your e-mail address is current in your ILL account to ensure receipt of notification).
