What do I do if I lost or damaged my ILL item?

You will be billed replacement cost that is determined by the lending library. Please note that ILL does not accept a physical copy of the replacements. Once the lender sends us a bill for replacement cost, the fee will be applied to your library account. At the same time, your ILL account will be blocked until it is paid.
