Why is my ILL request cancelled?
Answer
Reasons for cancelation are listed below but not limited to:
• We have exhausted all possible sources.
• The item is too new for an interlibrary loan.
• We could not fill your request by your deadline.
• We are unable to verify your request as cited.
• It is a duplicate request.
• The request exceeds copyright limitations.
• No lending library is able to supply the item for free.
• The item is not affiliated with the university
