How do I get a copy of a journal article or one book chapter that's only available in print in the CIIS collection?

We can scan a PDF copy of a print article or up to one chapter in a print book available at the CIIS Library for you via our interlibrary loan service. To request a copy of an article from a journal or up to one chapter from a book in our print collection:
- Log into your Library Catalog Account by using your CIIS email and password (the password is the same as that of your CIIS email).
- Once logged in, from your "My Account" page click the “Requested” tab
- OR from Catalog, click "My ILL Requests"
- Click on Create Request button to create a new request.
- In the comments section- please put something about asking us to scan this article in our collection. It helps us troubleshoot faster!
