Please note that PEP-Web articles may be on a 3 or 5 year embargo which means that articles published within in the past 3-5 years may not be available. Please copy and paste the title into the Library Catalog to see if the CIIS Library has access to the article elsewhere. If the article is not available put in an interlibrary loan request and we will ask another library with access to provide a PDF copy on your behalf.
