I am having technical issues with RefWorks. How do I contact RefWorks support directly for help?

Although we are happy to help with your RefWorks questions- sometimes we are unable to help with individual technical issues. We recommend contacting RefWorks directly as they are more familiar with the unique tech glitches that may occur.
They tend to reply quickly. To contact them, log in to your RefWorks account. At the top right of your dashboard, there is a ? icon. Click this and then Contact Support. There may even be a chat agent available to help you right away.
