How do I download an RIS file in the Catalog to upload into RefWorks?

First, click the Cite button in the record:
Then, click Export to RIS:
This will download a .ris file to your computer.
Now log in to your RefWorks account: https://refworks.proquest.com/
From here you can either drag the downloaded file if still at the bottom of your browser. Or you can click on + Add in the RefWorks menu. Then choose Import References.
If you choose Import Reference, scroll down to Import from a file and upload the .ris file:
You may be asked to confirm the file format. Click Import:
And voila! You may be prompted to choose the option of importing this citation into a folder, but otherwise, you are done!
