I am having trouble opening Library Resources in Canvas- help!

Are you getting an error message in your Canvas course space when trying to open a Library linked resource?
If so- try clicking on the gray bar with a little arrow
which should open the resource in a new tab or window.

If you are still having trouble, consider looking up the title in the Library Catalog or clearing your cache/cookies.
If this does not resolve your issue, reach out to onlinelearningsupport@ciis.edu and syslib@ciis.edu to troubleshoot further.
