I made a reference appointment to meet with a Librarian online. Where do I find the Zoom link?

After booking an appointment you will receive an automated email to the email address you used in the booking form. This will include a Zoom link for the appointment. This should be an @mymail address for students or @ciis for faculty/staff.
If you have not received the email:
- Check your junk/spam folder
- You may have put your email address incorrectly in the booking form. It happens!
- Do you forward your CIIS email to another email address (like @gmail)? Sometimes they wind up in the junk folder or do not get forwarded over.
Contact us if you do not find the email with the Zoom link in your junk/spam folder or use the chat feature on the Library website (when online) and we can provide the link for you.
