How can I save searches in the Library Catalog?

Answer

You can save searches (ie: the keywords you used) in order to retrieve the results page at a later time. To do so:

 

1. You will need to be logged into your Library Account before saving any searches.

If you are already in the Library Catalog, look for the Sign In button at the top right of the page and sign with your CIIS email information.

(See FAQ at the end of this page for information on how to log in.)

 

2. Once you have completed a search, look for the Save Search button at the top right of the screen (if on a PC). 

Note: A limit of 100 search queries can be saved.

 

3. To retrieve your previously saved searches, click on the menu where you signed in. It should now say Hello your name. Click and choose Saved Searches from the drop-down menu. 

 

4. From here, simply click on the link with your keywords to re-populate the search and results list:
