How do I log into my Library Account?

Answer

To login to your Library Account:

Option 1:

From the Library Website choose "Account Login" from the menu.

Option 2:

From the Library Catalog, click the Sign In button at the top right corner of the screen

Option 3:

Go directly to the login page using the link here.

You will need to sign in using your CIIS email and password.

STUDENTS:

Your login is: @mymail email.

Your password is: @mymail password

FACULTY AND STAFF will log in using your ciis.edu email credentials. *if you are also an active student, you will need to login as a student with your mymail email account.

Forgot your password? Simply reset it by using the "can't access your account?" link on the Outlook sign in page.

If your login does not work, it is possible that you may not yet be in our systems. Please send an e-mail to syslib@ciis.edu with your full name, your CIIS ID number and as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing.

Once signed in, you may need to click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the page and then select My Account from the drop-down menu.

After logging in, you will see five tabs for managing your library account.

Checked Out, Requested, Fees, Saved Searches, and Profile

Checkouts - physical items you borrow from the library.
Requests - items you have placed on hold, items requested through Interlibrary Loan, and you may create interlibrary loan requests and cancel requests.
