The ProQuest Dissertations & Theses database is the best place to find full-text dissertations and theses from any institution, including CIIS.
You can find it from the CIIS Library homepage by clicking on Databases and clicking on the A-Z Database list link.
Click on the letter P, then click the link for ProQuest Dissertations & Theses.
