I just put in an interlibrary loan or scan request. How do I know when the PDF is ready and how do I access it to read it?
Answer
When your request is ready you will be notified at your @mymail or @ciis email. Please keep an eye out in your spam/junk folder in case the message winds up there.
This email will include a link to the article and also a link to your Library account to download the PDF. You can use either link. There may be a pin number in the email to be able to download the file.
Additionally, you can always check in on the status of your request by logging into your Library Account.
You can log into your Library Account from the "Manage your Account" tab on the Library website menu or directly here. Log in with your @mymail or @ciis email address.
Note: If you have an @mymail AND @ciis email address- always use your @mymail address for your Library account.
